With over 15 years of design experience, Debra Aflalo’s career is defined by her impactful leadership as an Executive Director and Chief of Staff. She has contributed to celebrated luxury hotels & restaurants such as The Chiltern Firehouse, Chateau Marmont, The Mercer Hotel, Balthazar and Pastis. 

Her work in high-end hospitality has honed a meticulous understanding of how design can shape atmosphere, elevate guest experience, and seamlessly balance function with refinement.

Having worked between London and Paris, Debra deepened her sensibility for residential design and colour, refining a style that merges European influence with contemporary design. 

Her portfolio spans boutique hotels, iconic restaurants, and members clubs unified by her ability to pair architectural character with unexpected palettes and textures that bring each space to life. With an eye for detail, Debra delivers projects that embody quiet luxury, sophistication, and originality with a focus on colour theory & interior styling.

Debra lives between Manhattan and Amagansett with her family and their dog, Kip.
